NOTICE OF EXCLUSION APPLICATION REGARDING LAND IN THE AGRICULTURAL LAND RESERVE I, BRIAN FRENCH, of 4383 Happy Valley Road, Victoria, B.C. V9C 3Z3 AGENT for the OWNER, TSAWWASSEN GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB LTD. (INC. NO.
