Notice of Disposition of Land The City of Victoria intends to enter into a lease of commercial premises at 748 Douglas Street with Barfing Cat Holdings Corporation to be used as a spa salon. The unit comprises approximately 886 square feet. The term of the new lease is August 1, 2016 to July 31, 2019. The base rent payable is $15,062 per annum plus GST.
