NHP Consulting Inc. and Cannabis Compliance Inc. intend to amalgamate into one company, and the director believes and has reasonable grounds for believing that the amalgamated company will not be insolvent when the amalgamation takes effect.
A creditor of the company who intends to object to the amalgamation must provide to the company:
