The items will be disposed by premises owners (contactable at 1198 Neilson Road, 604-989-4237 or 604-886-2820), after 30 days of notice being posted, unless you take the items, or establish a right to the items, or make a dispute resolution application with the Residential Tenancy Branch, or make an application in Supreme Court to establish your rights to the items.
