Notice of Disposition of Land The City of Victoria intends to enter into a lease of commercial premises at 706 - 708 Douglas Street with Tae Kwang Holdings Ltd. The term of the lease is April 6, 2019 to April 5, 2021. The base rent payable is $44,706.00 per annum plus GST.
