Notice of Public Hearing The Council of the City of Powell River hereby gives notice that it will meet and hold a Public Hearing, May 2, 2019, at 6:30 pm , in Council Chambers of City Hall, 6910 Duncan Street, Powell River, B.C. to consider proposed Bylaw 2566, 2019 . The intent of proposed Bylaw 2566, 2019 is to amend Schedule A of Zoning Bylaw 2100, 2006 , being the Official Zoning Map, by rezoning the subject property located at 4238 Marine Avenue as shown outlined in bold on the map below from "Single and Two Family Residential (R2)" to "Comprehensive Development 4 'Residential Small Lots' (CD4)". Bylaw 2566, 2019 also proposes housekeeping amendments to the existing CD4 Zone with regard to permitted uses and applicable setbacks. The purpose of these bylaw amendments is to accommodate the creation of smaller residential lots. All persons who believe that their interest is affected by the proposed Bylaws shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard on the matters contained in the Bylaws, copies of which may be examined at City Hall, 6910 Duncan Street Powell River, B.C. during the regular office hours of 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday up to and including May 2, 2019 , prior to the Public Hearing.
