Base Budget Grant Applications Due by June 15, 2019
In accordance with Base Budget Grant Policy No. 105/19, the City of Fort St. John is accepting applications until June 15, 2019 for the 2020 fiscal year.
This application deadline coincides with the City's budget deliberation process that takes place in early fall. It is expected that groups who apply through this program will be advised of Council's decision by early January, 2020.
The primary purpose of a base budget grant is to provide financial assistance to non-profit organizations that provide fee for services, programs and capital projects.
All grant applications must be submitted to the City's Corporate Administration Department. Applications are available at City Hall, 10631 - 100 Street, and on the City's website at

An audited or reviewed financial statement is required as part of the application.
All organizations who apply for a base budget grant must make a presentation to Council between August and October. Staff will contact all of the applicants to schedule meeting times.
