Any witnesses to a motor vehicle collision on July 20, 2016, at approximately 12:40PM, eastbound on Highway 1 near Willingdon Ave/Exit 29, involving a white pick-up truck with green stripes and red writing, that sideswiped a yellow PT Cruiser, license plate NSL 255, then stopped in the emergency lane briefly before fleeing the scene.
