I, Jaswinderjit Kaur Bhandal, Balkaranjit Singh Bhandal, Dawinderjit Singh Bhandal of PO Box 1700, 37982 4th Avenue, Squamish, BC, V8B 0B2 intend on making an application pursuant to Section 30(1) of the Agricultural Land Commission Act to exclude from the Agricultural Land Reserve the following property which is legally described as, Lot 6, Sections 11 and 12, Township 50, Plan 19415 and located at Northwest corner of Harris Road and Tantalus Road.
