CITY OF POWELL RIVER NOTICE Temporary Use Permit 008 Notice is hereby given under Section 494 of the Local Government Act , this 30th day of September, 2022 of Council's intention to consider Temporary Use Permit 008 at the Council meeting scheduled for October 6, 2022 at 7 pm in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 6910 Duncan Street,Powell River. Such resolution shall state: That Temporary Use Permit 008 be issued for 7050 Alberni Street as outlined in red on the map below and legally described as Lot 2 Blocks 18, 19 and 22 District Lot 5306 Group 1 NWD Plan LMP39381 (PID 024-247-561) to allow outdoor commercial use with accessory open storage in the C1 - General Commercial Zone to establish a Kindred Rebuild Store in addition to their storefront at 7030 Alberni Street. Copies of the proposed Temporary Use Permit and staff report may be requested through Planning Services, 604.485.8650 or can be accessed at www.powellriver.ca.
