Notice is hereby given to Ramona Whilhelmina Johanna Stemler and Monique Danielle Legendre to take delivery at the office of the Superior Court of the district of Terrebonne situated at 25 de Martigny West street at Saint-Jerome, Quebec within 30 days in order to receive the originating application to cancel child support, cancel support arrears and safeguard order left there in your name.
You must answer the application within the time specified in the summons attached to it, failing which a default judgment may be rendered against you and you may have to pay the legal costs.
This notice is published under an order rendered on January, 10th 2017 by Esther Legault, Court clerk of the Superior Court of district of Terrebonne in case number 700-04-027886-172.
It will not be published again, unless required by the circumstances.
